In order to limit capacity and allow for adequate cleaning and screening, we are appointment-only for all services. Walk-ins are discouraged, and you may be turned away in order to stay under capacity and social distance.
Digital waivers for services (piercing, jewelry installation or removal, etc.) are available to fill out here » so fewer things are handled and passed around in the studio.
We will be screening everyone with a brief questionnaire of COVID-19-related symptoms.
We will at times suspend services (piercing, jewelry change, etc.) for under the mask (nostril, septum, lip, etc.) based on local numbers. Any appointments booked prior to changes in the studio will be honored as long as it was booked during a time that we were offering that service.
Regardless of your vaccination or test status, stay home and contact your healthcare provider if you are feeling unwell or have any of the following symptoms (as per the CDC):
Fever or chills; cough; shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; new muscle or body aches; new loss of taste or smell; sore throat; congestion or runny nose; nausea or vomiting; diarrhea; persistent pain or pressure in the chest; new confusion; inability to wake or stay awake; pale, gray, or blue-colored skin, lips, or nail beds (depending on skin tone)
Regardless of your vaccination or test status, please reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household has
shown symptoms of any illness in the past 21 days.
tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 21 days.
come into contact with someone who exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 21 days.
Earloop masks or those that tie behind the head may be required for entry and during the entirety of your appointment, including those who are vaccinated and minors. Even as state government mask mandates change, the studio policy changed at our discretion. View Hamilton County COVID-19 vaccine and related reporting here » and here ».
Masks with exhalation valves or vents, wet or visibly dirty areas, only single-layers, or ill- or loose-fittings will not be allowed if a mask is required. The majority of these types permit droplet release from the mask, putting you and others nearby at risk. Masks further must feature earloops or ties and should fit snugly against the sides of your face while wrapping securely over your nose, mouth, and chin so as not to require any adjustment because of movement or speaking.
For more help, you can visit the CDC’s mask type guide » or mask fit guide ».
We are requesting that you arrive alone to your appointment. This allows not just for social distancing but to continue flattening the curve.
Should you bring a guest, it can only be a maximum of TWO guests — a total of only three people are allowed in a group. Neither guest can be a minor under 12 or someone who would require supervision.
For minors receiving a service, this means there must be one parent/guardian who will be consenting for the individual and one additional individual (only one friend or family member who is not the consenting party).
We want the experience to be as positive as possible, and that includes maintaining everyone’s safety. Thank you for understanding!
